About the job
"For every child in Switzerland, a fulfilling childhood and autonomous and responsible education".
This is the vision that drives us. Today, nearly 200 collaborators and more than 1,000 volunteers engaged throughout Switzerland dedicate themselves to it with passion and commitment. Thanks to our services and programs - such as the emergency line 147, Messages to Parents, Mock Interviews, online workshops for parents' digital skills, and many others - we support children, youth, and their families every day.
In 2023, Pro Juventute adopted a collegial governance organization model. Decisions are made collectively within circles, and responsibilities are distributed according to roles rather than centralized in the hands of hierarchical superiors. Participation, leadership, communication, and transparency are at the heart of our college's operation.
