YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Independent support and handling of employee concerns at the counter
- Support of HR Business Partners in appointment coordination
- Assistance with internal events – from planning to execution
- Support with monthly tasks in controlling
- Collaboration in the creation and preparation of presentations
- Responsibility for office supply orders and other organizational matters
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Commercial basic training or comparable experience
- Good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
- Communicative, open, and positive personality
- Enjoyment in contact with people – both at the counter and in the team
- Organizational talent and structured way of working
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
- High willingness to perform, initiative, and service orientation
- Professional appearance and very good manners
