Teufen is an attractive municipality in the Appenzell midlands with around 6,500 inhabitants and borders directly on the city of St. Gallen. The Teufen school is a lively and versatile place of learning and has a long-standing, successful practice with the integrative school form. Around 670 students attend classes in the public school offerings of kindergarten, primary level, and lower secondary level.
