Job Description

We are looking to strengthen our team as soon as possible with a

Food & Beverage Host (m/f/d) on a mini-job basis

• You work in the F&B area of our establishment and as part of the team ensure that our guests receive exceptional food and beverage service at all times

Your main tasks:

• Welcoming our guests with a smile and creating a positive first impression – whether in the restaurant, at the bar, or at events.
• Coordinating guest seating according to reservations and current demand to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Responsibility for cleanliness, an appealing setup, and a cosy atmosphere in the reception and waiting area.
• Informing guests about menu options, special offers, and upcoming events – you are the first source of inspiration.
• Taking reservations, maintaining reservation lists, and efficiently managing the table plan.
• Supporting the service staff as needed to ensure a perfect flow between kitchen and guests.
• Point of contact for questions, wishes, or complaints – with your helpful and professional manner, you ensure a thoroughly positive guest experience.

Qualifications

You bring the following:

• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not a must
• German language skills
• You are a “doer” with a genuine hands-on mentality
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Reliability and enjoyment of working in a demanding environment
• You are open to digital tools and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems
• Clear and effective communication skills
