IT Supporter 80-100%

You are the first point of contact at the ServiceDesk for all IT-related concerns and ensure that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly. With your technical know-how, you support our employees and contribute to ensuring a powerful and secure IT environment.

• First point of contact for IT problems and support of end users with technical questions
• Co-responsibility for the functionality and monitoring of the IT infrastructure
• Execution and monitoring of daily recurring tasks such as backup checks and provision of loan devices
• Maintenance and updating of IT documentation as well as end-user manuals
• Triage and coordination of third-level requests

• Training as an IT specialist EFZ
• Solid experience in the Service Desk (1st / 2nd Level Support)
• Experience in a hospital environment is an advantage
• Good knowledge in the areas of Windows (client and server), Office, backup, printers, network and WLAN as well as Active Directory
• Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage:
  • VMware Horizon, ESXi, vCenter etc.
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Kaspersky
  • HIN, HL7, inesKIS, SchillerEKG, echoPAC
  • Software development using C#
• Service-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German.
