Bartender 80-100% fixed-term until 31.05.2027

Responsibilities

Professional advice and service of guests at the bar
Preparation of drinks of all kinds, especially cocktails and mixed drinks
Active sales including upselling and recommending current specials
Providing information about the offer and advice on allergens
Correct cash handling and billing
Compliance with and implementation of all hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Requirements

Several years of experience as a bartender or in gastronomy
Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented appearance
Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
Resilience and calmness even during busy periods
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Good knowledge of German, additional languages are an advantage
