Do you have experience in managing complex, large construction projects? We offer an exciting and responsible position in the client representation of the Canton of Zurich. With us, you build the future – together with 160 committed colleagues. As an overall project manager in Construction Area A of the Building Department, you are responsible for challenging, larger projects of the canton from the feasibility study to the completed building, such as the renewal of the Cantonal Laboratory.
Your tasks
With us, you are responsible for leading large project teams consisting of various stakeholders. You control the planning and construction processes, conduct tenders, are responsible for contract management, and have costs, deadlines as well as risk and project-related quality management (PQM) under control. You regularly report to the project committee, inform the government and cantonal council, and prepare controlling reports for higher authorities.

It is important to us that you communicate skilfully and on equal footing with different project participants. You are enthusiastic about realising meaningful projects for the people of the Canton of Zurich. You have a qualification as an architect or engineer (ETH or FH), are innovative and always looking for the best solution.
