For our loyal and long-standing client in the Aarau region, we are looking for a nursing expert 50-100% to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Close collaboration with the nursing department management and the department heads
- Professional advice to employees in complex and demanding nursing situations
- Ensuring and further developing high-quality nursing and care standards
- Conducting individual coaching sessions and case discussions
Requirements Profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF and further studies (CAS/DAS/MAS in Nursing Science or comparable qualifications such as Palliative Care, Geriatric Care, or Dementia Care)
- Strong leadership skills and experience in project management
- High degree of independence and enjoyment of a responsible, self-directed working style
- Motivation to continuously develop nursing and care processes
- Ability to professionally support employees in complex resident situations
