Livesystems is one of the largest marketers of digital outdoor advertising in Switzerland. The company has been part of Swiss Post since mid-2021.

We are represented at 8 locations throughout Switzerland with over 80 employees. Livesystems' digital out of home advertising spaces address an active and mobile population and reach around 3.8 million people weekly (net reach 55%) with over 36 million gross contacts. Currently, more than 13,000 screens are available at various locations and in different environments.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated person to start immediately or by arrangement as:

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of the technological vision and strategy that supports the company’s objectives
• Close collaboration with the CEO, CFO and other executive board members for joint leadership of the company
• Direct management of 7 employees from the areas of software development, IT infrastructure and product technology
• Overall responsibility for stable, secure and high-performance ICT operations
• Responsibility for IT architecture, scalability, data security and system availability
• Building and further developing efficient, agile structures and processes in the tech area
• Technological assessment of new business potentials and innovations
• Communication of technical topics to internal and external stakeholders
• Management of the tech budget and planning of long-term investments

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Completed studies in (business) computer science or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a leading technical role with direct personnel responsibility
• In-depth understanding and experience in modern software development as well as on-premise and cloud IT solutions and the development of digital products
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary tech teams and managing complex IT projects
• Strong communication skills at C-level and ability to collaborate on equal terms with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Very good German and English skills
