Occupational Therapist
CDM - 80%

Your main mission will be to manage rehabilitation and re-education situations for our clients of all ages in order to preserve and develop their autonomy.
Your main tasks:
- Assess the needs in terms of prevention, rehabilitation and re-education of clients and jointly develop an appropriate intervention plan
- Intervene at the client’s home to meet objectives while promoting the maintenance and development of their abilities
- Adapt therapeutic equipment and manage common auxiliary means
- Propose treatments, advise and support the client and their entourage
- Coordinate the client’s care with the multidisciplinary team and the network
- Manage documentation related to your activity
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy or equivalent recognised qualification in Switzerland
- Interest in promoting and developing your field of activity among colleagues
- Initial professional experience in rehabilitation services, home care or private medical practice
- Negotiation skills and a confident professional stance
- Aptitude and interest in working in an interdisciplinary team and with network partners
- Comfortable supporting clients with mental health conditions is an asset
- Proficiency in common IT tools
- Driving licence and vehicle required
