Your main mission will be to manage rehabilitation and re-education situations for our clients of all ages in order to preserve and develop their autonomy.

Your main tasks:

• Assess the needs in terms of prevention, rehabilitation and re-education of clients and jointly develop an appropriate intervention plan
• Intervene at the client’s home to meet objectives while promoting the maintenance and development of their abilities
• Adapt therapeutic equipment and manage common auxiliary means
• Propose treatments, advise and support the client and their entourage
• Coordinate the client’s care with the multidisciplinary team and the network
• Manage documentation related to your activity

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy or equivalent recognised qualification in Switzerland
• Interest in promoting and developing your field of activity among colleagues
• Initial professional experience in rehabilitation services, home care or private medical practice
• Negotiation skills and a confident professional stance
• Aptitude and interest in working in an interdisciplinary team and with network partners
• Comfortable supporting clients with mental health conditions is an asset
• Proficiency in common IT tools
• Driving licence and vehicle required
