Deputy Practice Manager / Deputy Practice Manager Hip and Knee Surgery
Responsibilities
Resource and holiday planning for the large secretarial team including ensuring cover for sickness and holidays
Assistance in ensuring a smooth consultation and secretarial workflow including regular review and optimisation of structures
Quality assurance and control
Assistance in planning the operating theatre quotas
Monthly PEP completion for medical and non-medical staff as a deputy for the practice manager
Support in the personnel and professional leadership of the secretarial team
Support for the entire recruitment process in the secretarial area in cooperation with Human Resources
Co-responsibility for conducting regular team meetings
Collaboration with the practice manager and chief physicians on organisational and personnel matters
Assistance with medical resource planning
Participation in department management meetings
Profile
Several years of experience in a comparable position, leadership experience advantageous
Further training in management/personnel or similar
Medical background advantageous
High social competence and good communication skills
Identification with the qualities of assertiveness, resilience, flexibility, organisational talent, independence, and service orientation
Solid experience regarding hospital workflows
Comprehensive experience in participating in and implementing projects
