Plant Operator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are part of a rotating team of three and keep the plant stable and safe during ongoing operations. You primarily take on operational tasks directly at the plant. Specifically, this means:

• Carrying out regular inspection rounds in the relevant plant areas

• Monitoring and operating the technical equipment to ensure stable operation

• Operating the crane systems during daily operations

• Early detection and resolution of faults as well as support with maintenance work during day shifts

In short: You ensure that a complex industrial plant runs reliably around the clock.

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical or craft training

• Very good German skills (at least B2) and basic computer skills

• Calm, reliable working style – even in demanding situations

• Willingness to work a 3-shift system in a fixed rhythm (7 days early, late and night shifts), followed by 1-2 weeks of day shifts (07:00–16:00)
