As a small but fine team, we combine several roles in ourselves: We are both Data Scientists and Data Engineers and increasingly also Cloud experts. New technologies such as artificial intelligence and cloud solutions excite us and drive us forward.
For us, technology is always a means to an end: We work closely with the specialist departments – especially sales – to implement the corporate strategy. Your new job
- Capturing, modeling, and processing structured as well as unstructured data
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses and preparing the results using meaningful visualizations
- Actively participating in, designing, and implementing direct marketing campaigns in close collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer experience – including success measurement
- Developing machine learning models for targeted use in specific application cases
- Ensuring stable operations and contributing to the further development of our cloud infrastructure Azure as well as Databricks
What we benefit from
- Completed master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, physics, or quantitative economics with a strong analytical background
- Broad data science know-how and at least three years of professional experience in handling analytical issues; experience in the financial services sector is an advantage
- Advanced programming skills in SQL and Python, experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and ideally knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, Databricks)
- Enjoy taking responsibility, dealing with complex analytical questions, and developing viable solutions as a team
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and the willingness to continuously learn and apply them practically
- Confident German language skills as well as good English skills and confident communication at all levels
