In this role, you carry the operational responsibility in the daily restaurant routine. Area of Responsibility
Your tasks as an Assistant Trainee include:
• leading a work shift in the restaurant;
• supporting the crew in the kitchen or at the cash register;
• creating work schedules and monthly closings;
• ordering products;
• introducing and training new employees.
