What is my role?

• Independent handling of telephone and written customer enquiries ?

• Providing, configuring and testing active and interactive control systems and electronic assemblies

• Analysing customer error messages and defining the required spare parts

• Occasional field assignments

• System recording in the new Field Service Management Tool and support of the administrative staff during holiday absences (Dispatching and Service Desk)

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in the electrical field or similar

• ICT skills with a focus on communication are a plus

• Customer and service oriented

• Courteous and friendly manner

• Resilient, independent and efficient

• Enjoyment of customer contact

• Very good German and French skills
