- You are passionate about advanced, technically complex production systems
- You lead sophisticated engineering and expansion projects end‑to‑end—from specification and design reviews to commissioning and global handover
- You execute FAT/SAT and qualification activities with machine suppliers and create or review all related technical documentation
- You support product industrialization by translating product and customer requirements into concepts for new production equipment
- You travel to global production sites and supplier locations as required—up to 30%
- You drive innovation by integrating new technologies and automation into next‑generation production systems
- You identify optimization and standardization opportunities across global lines and implement sustainable improvements
- You act as a technical sparring partner for cross‑functional teams and suppliers, ensuring alignment and smooth project execution
- You help shape the evolution of our global machine and process standards
- University degree in Engineering, Life Science or technical apprenticeship including advanced training (e.g. pharmaceutical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, materials engineering etc.)
- 2+ years of working experience in engineering/process development/ commissioning of production systems; young professionals are welcome
- Experience in pharmaceutical/GMP environment and knowledge of equipment qualification are a plus
- Knowledge of methods for process optimizations and Six Sigma certification are a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in German and English
- Structured working style and ability to plan and prioritize technical activities
