Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the smooth running of our gourmet offerings
• You work independently in a varied, non-routine kitchen (16 Gault Millau points)
• You create contemporary, creative and high-quality dishes
• You assist in the training of apprentices
• You adhere to quality and hygiene guidelines and carry out quality checks on goods

What we expect from you

• You have completed training as a cook / chef EFZ
• You have already gained professional experience in upscale gastronomy in a similar position
• You possess excellent expertise in your field
• You are an organisational talent
• You are flexible and can be deployed in all kitchen stations
• Your commitment and flexibility distinguish you
• You are creative and have high quality and hygiene standards
