About the job

Our school in the Winterthur North school district is a lively place of learning and work with around 400 children - colourful, committed and full of movement. About 50 motivated teachers work hand in hand here with school assistants, care staff, janitorial service, cleaning, parent council and school management. Team spirit and appreciation are at the centre for us. We are looking for an open and cheerful personality to join and enrich our motivated team from 1 August 2026.

Your Tasks

Support of a child with special needs in the social pedagogical area

Close cooperation with the class teacher

Exchange with the involved special education teachers

Collaboration with the child's parents

Work Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm

Your Profile

Training in social pedagogy and experience in the school sector desired

Open and cheerful personality

Enjoyment in working with children

Willingness to contribute to the team

Appreciation of solution orientation and the approach of New Authority
