To support the Ship Rental department, we are immediately looking for two committed, customer-oriented, and team-capable personalities in Project Management Events Ship Rental (m/f/d). The total 80-100 percent positions are divided into two positions with 40-60% each.

The Shipping Company of Lake Lucerne (SGV) AG, like Shiptec AG and Tavolago AG, is a subsidiary of SGV Holding AG. Its origins date back to 1836. SGV AG operates as a licensed, private transport company with a fleet of five historic paddle steamers and 14 motor ships, transporting 3 million passengers annually on Lake Lucerne.

You manage our customers' events from inquiry to invoicing and are responsible for smooth organization and coordination with internal and external interfaces.

Your area of responsibility

Consulting, sales, organization, follow-up, invoicing of ship rentals (charter trips) including all services of Lake Lucerne gastronomy
Quality control of ship rentals through after sales
Close cooperation and coordination with the relevant interfaces for the smooth execution of events
Continuous optimization of processes and cooperation with interfaces
Situational greeting and accompaniment of customers on the day of the event
Maintenance of customer relationships

Requirements profile

Commercial basic or gastronomy training, possibly a degree from a higher technical school for tourism or hotel management school, further training in sales and/or event management
Several years of practical experience in gastronomy (especially in the F&B area), in the sale of event services, preferably in event gastronomy
Organizational talent and ability to work across departments
Good knowledge of MS Office programs
Confident German as well as good English and French skills in spoken and written form
Customer- and sales-oriented, winning charisma, very good manners
Willingness to represent, resilient, independent, responsible
