The BSZ Foundation integrates learners and adults with support needs into the economy and society. It offers its own jobs and training places in various professional fields as well as residential places and provides support in the primary labour market. The foundation employs over 1200 people at several locations in the canton of Schwyz.

- You are jointly responsible with a collegial and motivated team for the care of around 58 people with intellectual and/or physical disabilities as well as partly intensive care needs.
- You take care of the needs of the residents and monitor their equipment and premises.
- In emergency situations, you additionally support our external residential group.

- You like independent and flexible work.
- You are mentally and physically resilient.
- Ideally, you have completed an SRK nursing assistant course and have experience working with people with support needs.
