Role:
Our partner is a future-oriented fiduciary and auditing company that deliberately uses modern cloud systems, automated processes and AI-supported tools to gain maximum time for high-quality client consulting. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a digital, professionally skilled personality to start immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile key role, you will independently manage SME and startup mandates, participate in limited audits, prepare financial statements and taxes, and promote the practical use of modern IT and AI solutions.

Responsibilities:
In your advisory mandate role, you take on the independent management of accounting for SMEs and startups.
You are responsible for the timely preparation of interim and annual financial statements with high closing accuracy.
You coordinate your active participation in limited audits and demanding mandates.
You are responsible for the handling of VAT returns, tax declarations and payroll processing.
You manage the targeted, data protection-conscious use of AI applications and digital processes.
You act as a direct contact person for the personal advice of our clients.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed federal diploma (fiduciary / finance and accounting), university degree or higher.
Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services as well as experience or strong interest in limited audits.
Strong closing accuracy, sound accounting knowledge and experience with complex mandates.
High IT affinity, enthusiasm for digital tools, cloud systems and practical AI use.
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills.
