Technical Referent in Watch Machining Division (M/F) Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and standardize machining programs
- Participate and monitor tool and material tests
- Participate in the production monitoring of the workshop, performance indicators, and related actions
- Carry out the technical and documentary development of new parts
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the workshop by applying the main Lean tools
- Advise and provide technical support to the department head and teams Your training and skills:
- Holder of a CFC in production mechanics, polymechanics, or an equivalent recognized training
- Confirmed experience in watch machining (Tornos Deco/EvoDeco 10, Tornos SwissNano 4/7,
- Mastery of ISO programming, TB-DECO, and GibbsCam software
- Excellent ability to read and interpret complex technical plans
- Excellent knowledge of cutting tools and their optimization
- You appreciate collaborative work and have a real team spirit
- Comfortable with modern digital tools
- Recognized for your meticulousness, precision, and rigor, you are also dynamic, flexible, and versatile
- You possess an excellent technical sense and a solid analytical ability
