For the two school buildings Ilfis and Oberfrittenbach in the municipality of Langnau, we are looking for a substitute during the absence of the post holder.
The Ilfis and Oberfrittenbach schools each comprise 3 primary classes and a kindergarten.
The Langnau school comprises approximately 970 pupils in 46 classes at 7 locations. The 4 school leaders and the school management MR organise themselves under the leadership of the overall school principal in the school management conference as an operational management body.

Tasks
As deputy to the headteacher, you will operationally manage the two locations Ilfis and Oberfrittenbach in educational, personnel, organisational and administrative matters.
• You are responsible for school development and quality assurance.
• You represent the schools externally and are a member of the school management conference.
• You take over and process higher-level dossiers for Langnau School by arrangement
• further tasks by arrangement
Requirements
• You are willing to engage with the people at the schools and shape the future together with them.
• We look forward to an integrative, communicatively strong, enthusiastic and innovative personality who leads in a goal- and solution-oriented manner.
• You have a pedagogical education and have teaching and leadership experience.
• You have completed a recognised school leadership training.
• Or are currently in training for this
