To strengthen our team in the Decoration department, we are looking immediately, on a permanent basis, at the Chur location, for a motivated and committed Visual Merchandising Manager 100% (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities
- You plan and coordinate the visual concepts in the areas of Non-Food, supermarket and restaurant.
- You ensure visual merchandising on the sales floor and in the shop windows (including lighting).
- You lead and plan refurbishments, events and projects.
- You regularly carry out quality controls to implement visual merchandising (price labelling etc.).
- You are responsible for planning and organising events and activities in the department store.
- You coordinate and check the decoration tasks at all locations.
- You organise your team responsibly and thus ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business.
- You ensure the training and development of employees as well as junior talents.
- You independently conduct hiring, termination and employee discussions.
- You supervise apprentices in their training to become 3D poly designers.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training as a decoration designer EFZ or as a 3D poly designer EFZ.
- You already have solid experience in an equivalent position.
- You have completed the vocational trainer course.
- You have gained extensive personnel management and leadership experience.
- You have an excellent spatial imagination and a pronounced flair for creative and stylish product presentation.
- You possess good manual skills and have a hands-on mentality.
- You bring a very good understanding of colours and shapes as well as their combinations.
- You can lead your team in a results-oriented manner and inspire and sustainably motivate with your coaching qualities.
- You have very good knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and are familiar with all common Office applications.
- You have a quick grasp, especially in the digital environment.
- You speak fluent German and ideally have knowledge of another national language.
