Tasks
- Precise setup and machining of high-quality precision parts
- Carrying out quality inspections and accurate documentation of manufactured products
- Participation in the improvement and further development of manufacturing processes
- Analysis and rectification of production deviations and technical malfunctions
- Close communication with team members and programmers to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic
- Strong motivation and willingness to learn for precision mechanical manufacturing of complex components
- Solid technical understanding and in-depth knowledge of machining
- High sense of responsibility for quality and enjoyment of precise work
- Team orientation and flexibility including willingness to work occasionally in a 2-shift system
