Would you like to experience exciting moments in nursing again after a longer break in your trained profession? Do you want to make an important contribution to psychiatric healthcare? Have you taken a career break or applied your skills in another field of practice and are now fully motivated to re-enter the nursing profession? Then you are exactly right with us as a re-entrant! We enable you to joyfully return to your roots through a three-month trainee programme on a psychiatric acute ward and participation in internal training for re-entrants. With your commitment, you make an important contribution to mental healthcare in our society and, after completing the programme, you will have the opportunity for a permanent position, including part-time, with us. Your tasks
- You have a diploma as a nursing specialist (FH/HF, DNII, PsyKP, AKP)
- You are highly motivated to re-enter the nursing profession, update your expertise, and have an interest in psychiatric nursing and care
- You are resilient and have strong social skills
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You maintain a respectful and partnership-based approach with patients
- You appreciate a dynamic and evolving work environment
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
- You are willing to work 70 - 100% during the trainee programme and also to do shift work
- A structured 12-week trainee programme
- Intensive support from personal mentors during the programme
- Internal training and further education on psychiatric topics
- Participation in patient-centred nursing and care of people in acute crisis
- Holistic nursing within the key worker model
- Participation in the implementation of evidence-based psychiatric nursing concepts and care standards
- A permanent position (part-time also possible) in one of our clinics upon successful completion of the trainee programme
