About the job

Your area of responsibility

• Support and deputy of the Financial Controller and Team Leader Payment Service Online Gaming
• Verification and documentation of cash flows for completeness and accuracy
• Proper and transparent booking and recording of cash flows
• Control and transparent posting of casino revenues
• Ensuring timely player payouts in the online casino
• Control, documentation, and settlement of AHV-relevant player activities
• Administration of accounts payable and receivable
• Updating process documentation and administration of contract management
• Support in maintaining transparent asset accounting
• Control and reconciliation of cash flows as well as finalization of monthly BSE statements for ESBK including declaration of casino tax
• Regularly independently preparing financial data for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings as well as performing monthly closings
• Regularly independently creating monthly reporting for management

What you bring

• Commercial basic training with further education in finance (Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting)
• Professional experience in finance and controlling, confident completion is a prerequisite
• German at native level and good English skills
• Solid MS Office skills, especially advanced Excel experience, ABACUS knowledge is an advantage
• Committed and solution-oriented personality with a strong affinity for numbers
• High independence, reliability, and flexibility
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extracts will be requested upon contract signing)
