Head of Laundry Service | 80%

responsible leadership role in the management, organization, and coordination of the laundry service with 10 employees
scope for shaping the further development of the department
care and employment of residents who work in the laundry
independent personnel deployment planning as well as conducting qualification and development discussions
a respectful and collegial working atmosphere in which your leadership qualities are appreciated

in possession of the Swiss federal certificate as a department head in hotel management/housekeeping or an equivalent qualification
a professional with sound knowledge and experience in the field of laundry service
a proven leader with high methodological competence and think and act solution-oriented
assertive and possess high social competence with which you master daily challenges confidently
ready to actively participate in daily business and support your team
confident in handling PC applications and express yourself professionally in German
