Task

How you will advance KPMG

• Actively support the team in developing and elaborating various analytical solutions and modelling projects


• Participate in the audit of insurance technical provisions at life insurance companies according to national and international accounting standards (OR, IFRS, US GAAP)


• Gain initial insight into actuarial consulting projects, for example in the areas of Swiss Solvency Test (SST), Solvency II, Capital Modelling, Reserving or Pricing Modelling


• Automate existing processes, develop new solutions for analysing, evaluating and visualising actuarial data in R and Python


• Build a professional network and interact with internal and external contacts

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or Statistics


• Committed and customer-oriented personality with an analytical and precise working style


• Initial professional experience in consulting or the insurance environment is an advantage


• Good knowledge of Excel


• Good knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g. Python, R, C#, VBA)


• Fluent German and very good English skills, French skills are a plus
