Health Professional 80-100% for the Laubfrosch Residential Group
The children and adolescents with cognitive, multiple and psychological impairments as well as behavioural difficulties are the focus of daily work in the children’s residential groups at Haus Fortuna.
The Laubfrosch residential group is an active, humorous and structured group. To complement our diverse team, we are looking for a motivated and resilient health professional. Since nursing care is an important part of everyday life for some of our children and adolescents, this role includes not only educational tasks but also nursing activities and shared responsibility for health care.
- Comprehensive education, support and care of our children and adolescents including shaping their living and development environment
- Key worker duties
- Collaboration with internal and external specialists as well as family members and legal guardians
- Completed training as a Health Professional (FaGe)
- Experience or interest in supporting children and adolescents with cognitive impairments
- Empathetic, creative and humorous personality
- Team-oriented, independent and reliable working style
- Willingness to work irregular and split shifts
- Independent and varied activities
- Thorough induction and collegial working atmosphere
