Your Tasks
- Ensuring the well-being and quality of life of patients
- Supporting nursing professionals in organizing the daily routine of the ward
- Planning, performing, and evaluating nursing activities delegated by the registered nurses within the team
- Close cooperation with the nursing and treatment team
- Collaboration with relatives and authorized representatives
Your Profile
- Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in psychiatric or inpatient settings
- Independent working, high reliability
- High empathy and social skills, high resilience
