At the private clinic Villa im Park, whose character is shaped by the stately, historic estate, around 40 attending physicians perform over 1,300 procedures per year. The clinic's three integrative, fully digitalized operating rooms are among the best equipped of their kind technically. The most important medical specialties include general surgery, anesthesiology, orthopedic surgery and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system, and gynecology. Job Description

• Independent instrumentation and assistance in procedures of all disciplines                      (focus on orthopedics)
• Performing all pre- and post-operative measures
• Ensuring a smooth interdisciplinary and interprofessional workflow in the operating room
• Proper preparation and operation of the necessary equipment, instruments, and sterile goods
• Responsibility for correct surgery-specific documentation                                                      (surgical nursing documentation/performance recording)
• Participation in the care of internal processes, workflows, and structures

Qualifications

• Certified specialist in OR technology HF/FH with several years of professional experience in orthopedics, preferably in the attending physician system
• A high level of professional, operational, and social competence 
• A responsible, service-oriented, and resilient personality with great joy in their profession and the necessary understanding of the different surgical techniques
• Flexibility, resilience, and quick comprehension
• Willingness to be on call
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
