Requirements
- Completed training in the metal sector or as an agricultural machinery / lorry mechanic
- Experience in assembly, ideally in plant or power station construction
- Technical understanding, teamwork skills and customer orientation
- Willingness to travel for assembly assignments (2–3 weeks)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Initial leadership experience advantageous but not essential
