Deep Dive: You will go through various departments and get to know our business from the ground up – operationally and conceptually. 🔍
Ownership: You take responsibility for your own projects and actively advance the Caterpillar Excellence Program. 🏗️
Innovation: You support our teams in the development and introduction of new products.💡
Expand your horizon: You will spend 6 months in another language region (Switzerland or abroad) – we encourage your change of scenery! ✈️🗺️
Your profile 👤
Foundation: You have completed your studies (Bachelor or Master) in mechanical engineering, electrical, energy and environmental engineering or business administration.🎓
Mindset: You think entrepreneurially, act independently and love to find solutions instead of problems.🧠✔️
Spirit: You are flexible, curious and want to show what you are capable of. Your appearance convinces, your organizational talent is on point.🌟
Language talent: You communicate confidently in German and English. If you also speak French, that is your joker. 🌍
