Objective of the role:

In this position, you will accompany building automation projects from the concept phase to successful commissioning and at the same time be a central contact person for customers. You coordinate technical and organisational project tasks, develop suitable solutions and ensure successful implementation. With your expertise and customer orientation, you make an important contribution to the long-term success of projects and the sustainable development of customer relationships.

Your tasks

• Independent management and control of demanding automation and building technology projects
• Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as external partners and suppliers
• Monitoring costs, quality, deadlines and project progress
• Support and further development of existing key customers as well as building new customer relationships
• Development of technical solution concepts and advising customers on energy-efficient building projects
• Preparation and negotiation of technical and commercial offers
• Support during commissioning, system tests and project handovers
• Maintenance and management of project and customer data in ERP and CRM systems

Your profile:

• Technical basic training in the field of building automation, electrical engineering, automation or building technology
• Further training at HF level or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Several years of experience in project management of building automation or building technology projects
• Knowledge in the areas of building automation, MSRL and HVACSE
• Leadership skills as well as pronounced customer and service orientation
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
