- In your role as deputy reception manager, you represent the sales manager during their absence and in operations. You ensure that everyone in the team works harmoniously together and is motivated to provide our guests with the best possible service at all times
- The satisfaction of our guests is your top priority. With your presence, you ensure that concerns are always handled professionally and promptly. In this way, you make a decisive contribution to a positive guest experience, including competent handling of complaints
- You ensure a smooth process at the reception and impress with your expertise in selling tickets, vouchers, and shop items. Your careful cash management ensures that all transactions are recorded correctly
- With your commitment, you support the planning and implementation of sales-promoting actions
- Your duties also include inventory management of the FORTYSEVEN shop. You participate in the monthly inventory and ensure that our stocks are always recorded correctly
- Additionally, you assist in creating and organizing the monthly duty roster
- You take on the onboarding of new team members at the reception and accompany them during their start
- Furthermore, you coordinate the workflows within your shift and thus contribute significantly to an efficient and service-oriented operation
Your profile
- You have successfully completed basic training in the hotel industry
- You have already gained at least two years of professional experience at the reception and have been able to take on leadership responsibilities
- You master the German language at a high level both spoken and written and have good oral and written English skills. Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
- You are very familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and have very good skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ideally, you are familiar with our cash/access system TAC
