Your mission:

In this varied role, you will use your craft skills to ensure that our buildings, facilities and outdoor areas are always in impeccable and well-maintained condition. You will carry out independent maintenance, servicing and repair work or coordinate collaboration with external service providers. For seasonal tasks such as winter services or grounds maintenance, or when setting up rooms for events, you will work closely with various departments and maintain an overview even in hectic situations. As a service-oriented contact person, you will be in daily communication with staff, residents, tenants and guests, contributing significantly to a safe, well-kept and smoothly functioning operation.

• Training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ, Building Caretaker BP or Maintenance Specialist BP
• Technical understanding and high IT affinity, experience with building management systems is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
