To support our IT helpdesk, we are looking for a customer-oriented and team-capable person on a fixed-term basis for 12 months as
IT Support (m/f/d) 80–100%
Your Tasks
- Receiving and processing fault reports, questions and change requests as well as hardware or software problems (helpdesk up to expert level)
- Advising and supporting in IT technical matters, communication issues and data security
- Planning and ensuring necessary data backup measures
- Coordinating software adjustments with the user (updates, changes, release changes)
- Creating user manuals and software documentation
- User account openings and granting access rights
- Participation in ICT projects in the areas of client management, network, system and communication technology
Your Qualities
- You have completed IT training at EFZ level
- You bring professional experience in fault management, customer support and order management
- You can demonstrate solid knowledge in commissioning user devices and evaluating peripheral devices
- You are also skilled in maintaining directory services, possibly complemented by experience in network, server and communication services
- Thanks to your high customer orientation and team skills, you are a good team player
- You speak fluent German. French and English skills are an advantage
- Ideally, you have a category B driving license
