What is my role?

• Chair of the Executive Board as well as taking on assigned executive tasks in the areas of controlling and finance

• Direct management of the planning department including standardisation and CAD

• Overall responsibility for production and infrastructure - the operational day-to-day business is handled by the production manager

• Responsibility for IT, data processing and ERP system (Borm)

• Active participation in the design and planning of customer projects

What do I need to be successful?

• Several years of leadership experience with proven competence in employee development and promotion

• Completed basic training as a carpenter EFZ, supplemented by higher professional training (e.g. project manager carpentry, wood technology technician, master carpenter) or equivalent practical qualification

• Confident handling of MS Office as well as experience with data processing, ERP and CAD systems

• Knowledge in the calculation of projects and orders is an advantage

• Committed and proactive leadership personality with a strong team orientation, who values personal responsibility and wishes to advance the Lucerne location with entrepreneurial thinking
