Building and Electrical Engineering Specialist

About the job

• Responsibility for demanding inspection, repair, maintenance and occasionally new installation work on technically complex systems, equipment and operating resources in the areas of sanitary, compressed air and ventilation
• Maintenance and documentation of fibre optic and UKV networks as well as the associated infrastructure
• Carrying out 24/7 on-call duties and independently managing conversion and modernisation projects at assigned Real Estate locations/areas
• Execution and coordination of switching operations in low and high voltage networks as well as supervision of external craftsmen
• Maintenance, updating and archiving of technical documentation for electrical installations and automation (GLS/MSRL)
• Processing invoices, cost control and project reporting in SAP

• Basic training as an electrical installer with a Federal VET Diploma or assembly electrician with relevant further training in the field of activity
• Practical experience in the building technology, industrial environment combined with pronounced all-rounder and hands-on skills
• Enjoyment in training and passing on expertise to apprentices
• User experience with SAP (invoice processing, cost control)
• Knowledge of the CAFM system (facility management software) for documentation and management of technical systems is an advantage
• Driving licence category B as well as valid operator course HAB and forklift licence
