Tasks
- Be the first point of contact for all phone inquiries.
- Handle complaints, schedule technicians, and provide support.
- Record customer issues in the system (SAP/Salesforce).
Skills
- Fluent in German, with Italian or French at C1 level required.
- Enjoy working with customers in a vibrant team.
- Good PC skills are a plus for a smooth start.

Communicative, resilient, and enjoy customer contact? Then come to us, we are immediately looking for several customer advisors for our VIP client in Basel.
- You are the first point of contact for all telephone inquiries
- You handle complaints, schedule technicians, and take over support and order service
- You record customer concerns in the system (SAP/Salesforce)
- You analyze the diverse customer problems and develop appropriate solutions
- Working hours from Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 22:00
- German is your native language
- Italian and/or French spoken and written is a MUST (C1 is desired)
- You enjoy dealing with customers and like working in a lively team
- Good PC skills make the entry easier
- You are available from January 2026
- After the 3-month training phase, home office is possible
- After the starting salary of CHF 4,314 (100%), your salary will increase by 4% per year in the first two years
- For each additional national language, you receive a bonus of CHF 100.- (100%)
- Up to the 5th year of service, one more day of vacation each year
- For Sunday and public holiday work, you receive bonuses up to 50%
