About the job
Activities- Personnel management and support of directly subordinate nursing staff as well as leading and organising the nursing team deployment
- Identifying, informing, initiating and enforcing measures/structures regarding communicable diseases and general hygiene
- Responsible for and ensuring the medical basic care of clients in the centre, taking into account existing legal and other requirements (authorities, professional and ORS)
- Responsible for the service quality of the nursing team
- Further developing and optimising the nursing area (processes, organisation, tools)
- Responsible for and managing the centre pharmacy under the guidance of a responsible pharmacist and ensuring the emergency kit
- Ensuring the further development and training of the nursing team
- Carrying out timely and effective reporting (goals, status and measures)
Requirements
- Tertiary education: Bachelor or equivalent (FH or Uni / TH)
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Initial leadership experience
- Basic knowledge and application of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in the debt enforcement and criminal records)
- First national language: Written C1, Spoken C1
- Second national language: Written B2, Spoken B2
- English: Written B2, Spoken B2
