Tasks
- Prepare, process, and review documents through scanning.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail for the Tax Office.
- Support secretarial tasks like calls and email correspondence.
Skills
- Commercial training or in progress is required.
- Strong customer orientation and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Abacus and Nest is a plus.

Your Tasks
- Scanning of documents: preparation, processing, and post-processing of documents
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail of the Tax Office
- Support for the secretariat: telephone service, processing of emails and correspondence
- Diverse administrative tasks: for example, address clarifications, changes of representatives, clarifications for weekly residents, support in processing error lists
- Project work: support in administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Commercial training or on the way to it
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks
- High customer orientation
- Precise and independent working style
- Good user knowledge in MS Office, knowledge of Abacus and Nest is an advantage
