Main Responsibilities

• Conducting ATP/CTP analyses to ensure realistic delivery dates considering material availability, capacities, and bills of materials
• Creation, control, and stabilization of the master schedule for defined product lines
• Release and scheduling of production orders in coordination with production and customer requirements
• Proactive identification, analysis, and resolution of bottlenecks along the supply chain
• Conducting root cause analyses and coordinating measures with relevant interfaces
• Active backlog management as well as monitoring and analyzing relevant KPIs (e.g., OTD, lead times)
• Ensuring data quality of planning parameters and using Excel and Power BI for data-driven decisions

Your Profile

• Higher technical or commercial education (HF, FH or Bachelor) with a focus on supply chain management, production planning, or logistics
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role (e.g., master scheduler, production planner), ideally in the HMLV environment
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as structured problem-solving approaches
• Solid technical understanding of mechanical and electromechanical products
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 F&O advantageous) as well as MRP processes
• In-depth knowledge in production planning (ATP/CTP, bottleneck management, master scheduling, backlog control)
• Experience handling planning parameters (e.g., lead times, safety stocks, lot sizes)
• Independent, resilient, and assertive personality with strong communication and organizational skills
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
