You work collaboratively with our clients, both in the private sector and public administration, to shape and implement initiatives.

As a Senior or Managing Consultant Advisory, you are responsible for bridging the gap between management, business units and technology, as well as leading client mandates as part of the consulting team to implement strategic initiatives on the one hand and co-design the organisation of the IT function on the other. You know your clients' business, are experienced in consulting and have experience as a project manager and/or business architect in designing and implementing transformation projects and digital target operating models.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• Background: Bachelor or Master (ETH/University/FH) in a relevant discipline
• Experience: Many years of work as an external consultant in a management consultancy and/or service provider
• Consulting skills: Project management, presentation and moderation skills, strong analytical abilities as well as data literacy
• AI expertise: You have in-depth AI expertise, actively shape its responsible use within your area of responsibility and act as an enabler for clients as well as internally at adesso.
• Communication: Excellent, target-group appropriate communication skills at executive, programme management and team levels
• Business/IT alignment: Proven experience, as well as high business and technical understanding
• Industry understanding: Good understanding of business processes in at least one industry
• Know-how: Experience in enterprise architecture management or related fields
• Market experience: Solid experience in the Swiss market, possibly also internationally
• Business development: Good skills and interest in business development, marketing and sales of consulting and system integration projects
• Flexibility: You are willing to travel project-related and enjoy working in agile teams.
