• You work on the design, implementation, and introduction of new products in the private customer business in the areas of household contents, personal liability, travel, cyber, and valuables.
• You collaborate across departments with underwriting, marketing, sales, pricing, reserving, controlling, and risk management and lead projects and working groups.
• You are co-responsible for the ongoing optimization and further development of processes, tools, and aids and also support in the areas of data management and controlling.
• You support the team in daily business in managing the products, handling technical inquiries, testing IT releases, or specifying and implementing new requirements.

• You have several years of professional experience in property insurance and possess expertise in the household contents and personal liability sectors. Knowledge in travel, cyber, and valuables insurance is a plus.
• You bring project management experience and have already contributed to the development or revision of insurance products.
• You hold a professional insurance certificate (VBV) or another advanced training (HF, FH, university) in business administration or risk and insurance management.
• Your hands-on mentality distinguishes you; you have strong analytical and conceptual skills and are capable of independently leading working groups and projects.
• You have good communication and presentation skills, including with senior management, and you work in a goal-oriented and independent manner.
• You have good technical know-how, a flair for numbers, and a high IT affinity. Skills in data management, SQL, Google Cloud, and knowledge in AI are a plus.
• Very good German skills; English and French skills are an advantage.
