To strengthen our team in Aarburg, we are looking for a committed personality as a Sales Employee Internal Sales 100% (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- Customer consulting, receiving inquiries and orders by phone and in writing
- Creation and processing of offers and orders
- Support of the field sales team in offer creation and order processing
- Monitoring and updating offers in the CRM system and ERP
- Recording and maintaining customer master data
- Processing the central mailbox of internal sales
- Daily invoicing of orders
- Monitoring appointments and deadlines
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or technical training with commercial further education
- Solid professional experience in internal sales
- Very good MS Office, CRM, and ERP knowledge
- Very good German skills (spoken/written)
- Communicative, team-oriented, and responsible
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
- High initiative and proactive action complete your profile
