Location: St. Margrethen on-site with home office options Workload: Full-time Responsibilities: – Global Leadership & Management: Leading and further developing the international application team, managing external partners – Application Management: Overall responsibility for: • ERP: Infor M3 • CRM: Salesforce • Integration: Lobster Data • Product Data Management (PIM) • Ensuring availability, performance, security and scalability – Process & Business Alignment: Analysing, designing and optimising end-to-end processes in close collaboration with the specialist departments – Transformation & Innovation: Promoting automation, digitalisation and new technologies (AI, RPA); leading international IT projects – Governance & Standards: Best practices, IT governance, compliance and security policies Your profile: – Education: Degree in Business Informatics or equivalent – Experience: Several years of practice in IT application management (enterprise) in an international industrial/production environment – System knowledge: ERP, CRM, integration & data management; knowledge of Infor M3, Salesforce or Lobster Data is an advantage – Leadership skills: Proven experience in leading international teams through transformation processes – Professional: End-to-end process understanding (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce), experience in process automation – Personal: Strategic thinking, strong communication skills, analytical, intercultural competence, willingness to travel – Languages: Business fluent German and English
