Your missions

• Appeals: monitoring, processing and autonomous handling of files, drafting of decision projects and observations for the Cantonal Court
• Building permits and construction policing: analysis and processing of files, drafting of conditions and decisions on objections, occasional drafting of minutes during meetings
• Legal support: responding to various legal questions, occasional handling of various files, notably in criminal matters, political rights, various authorisations, video surveillance or related to public order maintenance

Desired profile

• Master’s degree in law or equivalent training
• Several years of professional experience, notably in judicial matters
• Mastery of specific legislation in construction matters and knowledge of municipal and cantonal administrations
• Excellent drafting skills
• Proficiency in common and specialised IT tools
• Perfect command of the French language
