Project Lead Architect, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will take overall project management of demanding construction projects
• You will plan, design and develop exciting construction projects by defining project fundamentals and analysing feasibility
• You will also be responsible for project controlling in the areas of costs, deadlines and quality
• You will work closely with architects, clients and companies
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a completed degree as a certified architect or bring solid experience in these tasks
• You are also well acquainted with Swiss standards and building laws
• Do you consider yourself versatile, communicative as well as creatively and professionally competent?
